Kathleen Eve, MD, FACS, joined FCPP in 1998. Dr. Eve participated in an internship and residency for general surgery at San Joaquin General Hospital in Stockton and became board certified in 1999, became a fellow of the American College of Surgeons in 2000, and is a member of the American Society of Breast Surgeons.

At Doctor’s Medical Center, Dr. Eve serves at the Cancer Liaison Physician on the Cancer Committee. This position insures that all cancer patients are receiving quality care according to national guidelines. The majority of her practice is in the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer. Patients have many options and are eligible for some of the most up to date treatments right here in Modesto.

She is also one of the first Robotic General Surgeons in Modesto starting in 2012. The DaVinci surgery system allows for less incisions and more precision in surgery with advanced optics and instrumentation. Currently she is offering robotic single incision gallbladder surgery and robotic groin hernia repair. Dr. Eve and the DaVinci robot were featured on Good Day Sacramento. Born and raised in Texas, Dr. Eve moved to California in 1993 to train in surgery. She loves Modesto and all the fun things to do around the area. She and her husband Jake plan to live here forever.
